Hi my names Maddy and im the founder, owner and operator of Oceanview Properties along with my partner (our maintenance man) We live locally in Marengo and all of our stunning properties are based in The Otways and the Great Ocean Road area. We choose to manage a small number of unique holiday rentals, that we care for as a whole. We are passionate about creating spaces that are unusual, unique and stand out from the rest! For us its about going back to the roots of hospitality and offering not only accommodation, but an experience to remember. Our properties all have a distinct edge and we make it our mission to build the homes popularity, create happy memories for our guests and a stress free investment for our owners! We offer comprehensive management and advisory services to owners of holiday homes, servicing Wye River, Kennett River, Wongarra, Skenes Creek, Apollo Bay, Marengo & Forrest. Living locally not only means we keep a close eye on your home but we have a love and a passion for the area that shines through in our everyday work.

  •  Unlike most management companies we dont outsource our cleaning and maintenance. For the best care of your property and for best online reviews - we know it must be kept "In-house"
  • We have a 8 years of experience directly in the area. We began as a cleaning & maintenance business, which organically evolved in to a complete management service! That means we worked our way up learning all of the aspects of the industry!
  • We dont take on any home! This means we have a captivated audience of returning guests to our properties, because they are well run but also extremely visually appealing and well presented!
  • Once we hit 20 properties, that's it! We have no desire to take on too much! We prefer quality over quantity! Meaning your investment stays important to us and doesn't get lost among 50 - 100 others!
  • We are available for our guests 24/7 should they need us..not only in office hours!
  • We keep up to date and in the know with whats "trending" and what our guests are after! Offering bespoke experience packages & curated intimate events.
  • We know the power of social media- want a personally designed Instagram or Facebook that's attended to regularly? A website for your property? A beautiful logo? We offer social media packages for a fixed monthly fee!
