This well presented 2 storey beach house ticks all the boxes for a fabulous time away in the heart of the Otways and a hop, skip and a jump from picturesque Skenes Creek.

The space

Situated in a quiet, sought after location an easy walk from the beach, and a short 5 minute drive in to Apollo Bay.

Upstairs from the entry hall is a contemporary open plan living, dining, and kitchen. The well designed kitchen has ample storage, stone benchtops, and high quality dishwasher, oven, and cooktop. A coffee pod machine is in the kitchen with a choice of blends and hot chocolates to choose from.

The polished timber flooring compliments this lovely, airy, light filled space that sits amongst the treetops. Front and side balconies surround the living areas, and lead to a massive entertaining deck with outdoor setting for 10 and a BBQ. Also on this level are two bedrooms (1 x Queen bed and 1 x Queen bed) and a recently renovated bathroom. The ground floor has a large third bedroom (2 x tri bunks sleeping six), bathroom, and laundry.

The landscaped back yard is both peaceful and private. A cast iron bath (hot and cold water) is set into a private deck for relaxing in on a hot day, or under the stars at night. Enjoy your own completely private bathing experience in our rustic Aussie onsen!

Enjoy the Norwegian fireplace, cocktail trolley complete with all the bits and bobs for making your own decadent delights or perhaps venture into popular Apollo Bay for a meal.

Also supplied are two yoga mats, blankets and pillows. Clear the lounge room and set up your own tranquil yoga space. We have left some yoga recommendations for your enjoyment.

The space has modern boho vibe to enjoy your time away in style. Custom made furniture enhances the living space with a dining table to seat eight and the two main bedrooms with custom made beds.

Please note:
This home is subject to a hot water tariff please abide by the usage guidelines in the guest book. This means that once the hot water has been diminished it will only re-heat during off peak times. This off peak time is after 10pm. Due to the size of the system is will take overnight to re-heat. This simply means guests being mindful of short showers, especially with larger groups.
