  1. Great setup in an awesome location

    Loved staying here. A great winter weekend escape spot less than 2 hours from Melbourne. The fireplace got a good workout when we were there and the host provided ample firewood for us to keep warm while we sat in the lounge and read books. The house is a 2 min walk to the Forrest Brewery and has easy access to all the Otway National Park has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

    Fern Cottage provided the perfect little beginning of the week getaway. Impeccably styled, within walking distance to the town's main attractions and just a short drive to nearby hikes it ticked all the boxes to escape the city and rest and recoup. Thank you for creating such a relaxing space.

  6. Perfect getaway

    I just stayed at Fern Cottage over the weekend with a few friends and we had such a wonderful time. The cottage itself was so adorable. The decor was so pretty and the cottage was very clean. It was the perfect size and I just wish it were colder so I could use the fireplace. There is not much to do in Forrest, but the cottage was in walking distance to the Brewery, general store and pub. The only issue I had was with the late check in at 3pm and early check out at 10am. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here.
