The grand 4 bedroom home boasts large spacious rooms, two bathrooms both with baths, two warm fireplaces, three separate deck areas to relax and enjoy the garden or the ocean views and plenty of play space for the kids and your furry friends!

Recently the property has had a fire pit installed that looks out over the ocean and Apollo Bay - A very special feature not seen in many homes in the area, that is a beautiful addition to gather together for some memorable summer or winter evenings.

For the kids, this will be a holiday that they remember! The property has an abundance of wildlife, heaps of space to run and play, swings, a trampoline, a huge array of games, art supplies and a stunning collection of books for all ages.
The property really inspires rest, relaxing, connection and getting out into nature.

Booking Terms
If you could Please Input correct amount of guests so we can provide the appropriate amount of linen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also when booking our prices are calculated per guest. Extra Guest found to be at the property will be deducted from your bond. Thank you for your cooperation.

Access

Guests have access to the whole property, property manager lives off site.

Interaction

You have the whole space to yourself, but we only live a short drive away in Marengo if you need us!

Neighborhood

Broughton House is really peaceful and secluded. No sight of neighbours! The property is perched in the hills of Skenes Creek North which is only a short drive to Apollo Bay (10min) or and 20min drive into the Otways and the mountain bike riding mecca- Forrest!

*Due to the nature of the location please be mindful of the following:
*The property boasts lots of wonderful wildlife, with that comes the possibility (at times) of lots of bugs/fly's or the possibility of snake sightings.
*The property is on tank water so you may want to bring your own bottled water and you WILL need to be mindful of water usage and not be wasteful.
*Reception / internet access is available but minimal- this really is a space to relax and unplug! A short drive down the hill into town will give you reception and access to internet cafes.
