The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with beautifully exposed beams, high ceilings and an abundance of light offers the perfect space for families and friends to enjoy. You will feel instantly relaxed amongst the beautiful eco friendly, recycled materials and open space.
The house has been fitted with quality appliances, luxury and hypoallergenic bedding and a natural wood fire heater. The property has a full laundry equipped with a trough, washer, dryer and a outdoor clothesline. The open entertaining area has an audio and visual entertainment system capable of streaming your favorite music. The main bathroom offers a double basin vanity and a handsgrohe raindance shower over a full size bath, offering that little bit of luxury you enjoy when away from home.
The three bedroom house has a master with a king bed, a walk in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom can be set as a king or split to two king singles and has a built in wardrobe. The third room is a kid's oasis, with a loft bed, a set of bunks and a trundle if needed. Should the kids need to escape or should the adults need their own retreat to sit and relax, the back of the house has a separate sun room area that leads out to a large backyard, a beautiful timber outdoor setting and a Webber Genesis BBQ.
Dogs are welcome outside - while the property is fully fenced, there is a gap beneath the front gate where a smaller dog may be able to get out (and which the owner will need to monitor).

Access
The aspect of the house that trumps the rest is its beautifully landscaped, private outdoor space. The property has a huge fenced front and backyard with plenty of parking, an inviting front porch and a double outdoor shower with hot water, perfect for rinsing off after the beach. You won’t find a house so close to the beach with such privacy and space. Not to be missed, Surf-in Surf- out is a perfect escape for couples or families who want privacy and space but also close proximity to the beach and the atmosphere of Apollo Bay.
Interaction
The space is completely private and guests will receive a key box code to gain access into the property once the booking is confirmed. The property manager, Maddy is local and can attend to any of your needs should you have a complication or need assistance during your stay.
Neighborhood
Deserving known as paradise by the sea, Apollo Bay is midway along the majestic Great Ocean Road, in the shelter of Cape Otway and on the lowest slopes of the beautiful Otway ranges.
Valleys just a few kilometers out of town are full of rainforest, streams, waterfalls and fireflies. Once the province of timber workers and farmers, the hills are now also occupied by artists, holiday makers and beach lovers. Surf-In Surf-Out is only 120m to the beach and a close walk to the main Apollo Bay township where you will find wonderful cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping.
